This historic building (formerly Piggy’s Consignments) has been newly renovated with 24 climate controlled ground-floor storage units to create peace of mind when storing your valuables.
We made sure each unit has easy access with keyless entry, large roll-up overhead doors and wide hallways. Easy on/off from Route 101, just west of downtown Peterborough.
Whether you’re dealing with a small space, moving homes, or just need some extra storage, we’re here to help. Our team of experts offer their experience in the self-storage industry and can guide you through the entire process.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED
Trust us to keep all your valuables at just the right temperature (average temperature 60°) year-round. We use a combination of heating and dehumidification to protect and maintain your items perfectly. The entire building will maintain a yearly average of 35-70% humidity. The recently renovated building is sealed with an insulated roof, walls and floor.
KEYLESS ACCESS
All our doors and units are on the ground floor (Union Street). We offer two overhead doors with keypad code entry. This will be the only way to access the space. The Overhead doors measure 5′ 4″ wide by 7′ tall with easy-to-use carts for loading in and out. There are two safety exit doors near the garage doors. Access daily from 6:00am to 9:00pm.
24-HOUR SURVEILLANCE
All of our building units have a network of digital security cameras recording on-site activity 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Tenants will supply their own padlocks.
