TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED
Trust us to keep all your valuables at just the right temperature (average temperature 60°) year-round. We use a combination of heating and dehumidification to protect and maintain your items perfectly. The entire building will maintain a yearly average of 35-70% humidity. The recently renovated building is sealed with an insulated roof, walls and floor.
KEYLESS ACCESS
All our doors and units are on the ground floor (Union Street). We offer two overhead doors with keypad code entry. This will be the only way to access the space. The Overhead doors measure 5′ 4″ wide by 7′ tall with easy-to-use carts for loading in and out. There are two safety exit doors near the garage doors.
24-HOUR SURVEILLANCE
All of our building units have a network of digital security cameras recording on-site activity 24 hours a day/365 days a year. Tenants will supply their own padlocks.
